S\u00f3lo necesitas hielos, sal y un par de bolsas herm\u00e9ticas.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00bfC\u00f3mo lo hacemos?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es introducir el zumo o refresco en la <strong>bolsa herm\u00e9tica peque\u00f1a<\/strong>. Con cuidado, la tumbamos y vamos \u00abempujando\u00bb el l\u00edquido hacia el borde para que no quede <strong>nada de aire<\/strong>. Cuando lo hayamos conseguido, <strong>fijamos el cierre<\/strong> de la bolsa para que no se salga nada.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1006\" src=\"https:\/\/www.a4toner.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/exp-helado-1.jpg\" alt=\"exp helado 1\" width=\"259\" height=\"194\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>El siguiente paso es introducir la bolsa peque\u00f1a (con el zumo dentro) en la <strong>bolsa grande<\/strong>. Una vez hecho, metemos tambi\u00e9n unos cuantos <strong>cubitos de hielo<\/strong> y, finalmente, agregamos una buena cantidad de <strong>sal <\/strong>(3-4 cucharadas). <strong>Cerramos <\/strong>la bolsa.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1008\" src=\"https:\/\/www.a4toner.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/exp-helado-3.jpg\" alt=\"exp helado 3\" width=\"259\" height=\"194\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ahora, para que nuestro helado casero se haga en menos de 5 minutos, lo \u00fanico que tenemos que hacer es <strong>envolver <\/strong>la bolsa en una peque\u00f1a toalla (o ponernos unos guantes que a\u00edslen el fr\u00edo) y <strong>agitarlo <\/strong>todo de forma continua.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1007\" src=\"https:\/\/www.a4toner.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/exp-helado-2.jpg\" alt=\"exp helado 2\" width=\"259\" height=\"194\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Como podremos comprobar, en unos <strong>5 minutos<\/strong> tendremos una buena cantidad de <strong>helado casero lista para servir<\/strong>, as\u00ed que echamos un poco en una copa con ayuda de una cuchara y&#8230; \u00a1a comer!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1010\" src=\"https:\/\/www.a4toner.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/exp-helado-5.png\" alt=\"exp helado 5\" width=\"156\" height=\"178\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Explicaci\u00f3n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los cubitos de hielo, aunque no lo veamos, tienen alrededor una <strong>fina capa de agua<\/strong>. Al echar una gran cantidad de sal, lo que hacemos es una <strong>disoluci\u00f3n saturada<\/strong> con ese agua. Para poder <strong>diluirse <\/strong>y dejar de estar saturada, intenta conseguir <strong>m\u00e1s agua<\/strong> de los hielos, que como est\u00e1n en estado s\u00f3lido, necesitan <strong>calor <\/strong>para fundirse. Este calor se <strong>absorbe <\/strong>entonces del zumo y as\u00ed conseguimos <strong>fundir <\/strong>el hielo y <strong>bajar la temperatura r\u00e1pidamente<\/strong>, consiguiendo un estupendo helado casero.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Experimento helado en 5 minutos.
